Two of my favorite things are a good meal and a clean kitchen so, my goal throughout this blog is to bring you healthy recipes with minimal dishes to do, sound pretty great right?!
I have been cooking since I was knee high and let me tell you, I LOVE it! And more recently I’ve become really passionate about living a very healthy lifestyle, so the gym is a happy place of mine.
In my 26 years on this planet my diet has fluctuated dramatically, I’ve tried so many “fad” diets from juicing to low carb, but I always ended up gaining the weight back. I finally decided that depriving my body of something like carbs or sweets meant I would binge later on. I decided to make changes that I knew I would be able to maintain for a lifetime, and I have never felt better!
There are so many healthy food swaps you can make that will have a huge impact on your life, whether you’re trying to lose weight or have more energy. Eating a cleaner diet will help!
I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t eat perfectly, I love cheese, dark chocolate, and a nice glass of wine! I don’t deprive myself of these, so once a week I have my cheat meal and I enjoy it!
My biggest hope for this blog is to inspire you to cook fresh healthy food, have fewer dishes to do, and make you smile!
